Such an accurate adaptation of the games. It really feels like a fallout game brought to life. Incredible job everyone involved.

As a 42 year old life long fan of the Fallout series. You guys did a fantastic job. I always imaged it a little more mad max...however, this TV series is damn good. Well done ... you all should be proud of this work.

I think the franchise was waiting for feedback before clinching the 2nd season. It will be sooner than one thinks.

What a dumb arse statement to make that Nobody has ever made a tv series or movie in Kolmannskuppe or Kolmanskop before.... Then what are these:
South African TV film The Mantis Project (1987)
I also know there was South African TV series in the late 80's to 90's but I cant get what tv show it was (As a South African I watched it )
    1993 film Dust Devil.
The 2000 film The King Is Alive
featured in a 2010 episode of Life After People.
one of the locations in the 1994 film Lunarcop.
    The television series Destination Truth
The music video for George Watsky's "Undermine" from the Placement album
Parts of the 2024 TV series Fallout were filmed in the area
And then numerous other nature and wildlife and documentary series shot in this area.
On another note we might get to see a the second season faster than what they state in the video as season two is already approved and I bet Nolan already had work done on it in advance like the story and script and its just to get the actors on board again and contracts and what not but probably well within the next 2 years on a stretch.

lmao , the narrator knows not very much and gets a lot wrong in talking about this tv show .

Love the show but all reviews gloss over the incest lines. Not necessary for the plot or the game lore but added for no reason other than an attempt to normalize incest. Lucy’s character was slutty for no reason. Again not necessary for the story but added anyway. Aside from that great show. Wish I could find out whose idea it was to insert that into the show.

They have lived and died in a vault underground for generations with at most 1000 people, but many vaults have a lot less. It's worse than just a small town, because nobody ever gets to travel beyond it.
The joke has always been that eventually everyone is bound to be a cousin or otherwise related to you somehow. Human nature doesn't change but that's why they have rules for that😅
The awkwardness and goofiness of what that implies is very much part of the franchise. Vaults are weird twisted places on the best days.
Likewise they are raised believing they are to repopulate the planet. Everyone wears the same thing and with close quarters it's absolutely not a place for prudes.
The franchise has made fun of those things many times as well, including in one of the trailers where the daughter is basically told she'll be a full time breeding machine and everyone starts looking really uncomfortable. As well as fallout shelter, where all the women are pretty much pregnant all the time. As Steph is on the show.
They then try to offset that open approach to sexuality against Maximus in the Brotherhood of Steel who is apparently a virgin and they're all male and celibate.
Which they clearly wanted to play with because they have a trans character in there as well.
That play is the weakest part if you ask me, because the Brotherhood of Steel was founded by the surviving soldiers and families of the Mariposa military base.
Women and children were always a part of it and women have held prominent roles including head scribe and star paladin.
It's called brotherhood, in the same sense that brotherhood of mankind refers to all humans. Or in a more modern sense, how bro can refer to any gender ;)

Really guess you are not a fallout game player and more over don't know what happens when people are grouped in underground vaults or secluded islands and need to survive even in real life. That incest Joke was probably THEEEEE most realest thing Lucy said in her interview.

You projecting your real life on it. It's just because you have low imagination.
200 years, few generations in closed society. Of course they will be like that and even more.
      Ah, nevermind.
