Theres only iron maiden fans on the festival, at least gojira made a lot of new fans with this concert. Rock in rio its not about rock or metal anymore, its just a party.

yes, i was there, even in maiden there were many people who went to take selfies, and I have no idea what else, but less to listen to and see legendary bands. In the rest of South America in September , Chile/Argentina, etc, Gojira was applauded and enjoyed as it deserves, in Rio nothing. But I enjoy everything to the fullest, the spectacular sound and shows of GOJIRA, Maiden and Dream.
@@gstv4621 The main issue you have in a festival is that certain people go to see just one band in particular and very rarely there is an entire festival where all people likes all bands, besides the people taking selfies and stuff that happens everywhere, in argentina, chile and colombia only went to the concert people who really wanted to see Gojira and not any other band, that is why people rocked in those concerts and not in Brazil
