Now that you are out and a licensed pharmacist (CONGRATULATIONS!!) knowing the plethora of pharmacy grads that are struggling to find jobs, would you recommend pharmacy as a career choice for a friend considering that path? Your videos would have been very helpful 33 years ago, except there was no internet 33 years ago.

As a resident looking for a job, I feel their pain. I currently do not have a job lined up after graduation in 2 weeks. I plan to do a video on this in the coming weeks. I do believe that the struggles pharmacy grads are facing now has a lot to do with COVID-19 related hiring freezes so it is hard to say. There is a great article on the competition within pharmacy now available on the tl;dr pharmacy website!

RX prep textbook 2020 doesn’t have questions after each chapter.

Neither did 2019! The questions are only available if you purchased the quizzes separately through their website or app.

How many hours per day were you putting in?

Hi Nathan! On my week days while in residency probably 5-6 hours. My weekends I was doing closer to 10-12 hours/day.

@@HappyPharmLife Wow! Impressive. I have only been giving 3-5 (occasionally more, but not currently working) per day. Congratulations on residency I hope it is going well. How many months did you prepare?
