Even the hypertension people have been cured through the practice. What's your take on this Mam? I would be grateful if you would enlighten me!

But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Your video is too incomplete. U didnt show practically into details how to inhale and where to exhale from. How many times initially. U just did kapalbharti without explaining how to do it.
It’s not like that... this alone will not be able to vanish that... you have to club it with some other exercises. But if you do it regularly, your belly will not look abnormal that’s for sure

Exhale forcefully through your nose. Then stomach will start to deform.
