      We are from very healthy family. He maintains very healthy diet not exceeding the calories intake everyday but no any fat lost. The only benefit he got from this i think is healthy internal intestines. When doing endoscopy doc said he was amazed to see how healthy his intestines looks just like of small babies.

    I have a serious question. In one segment you have shown the people who shouldn't practice kapaalbhaati. But Swami Ramdev from Patanjali says that there's no one who isn't eligible for this. Even the hypertension people have been cured through the practice. What's your take on this Mam? I would be grateful if you would enlighten me!

      The message says it helps you to be at risk to have hernia. However, if you are already a hernia patient, you should not practice this.

      You can do kapalbhati in evening but you should have empty stomach or after 3-4 hours of having lunch

      Same question came in my mind that even after doing that much yoga still she have tummy fat and her tummy is not flat.

    Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out.....

    Your video is too incomplete. U didnt show practically into details how to inhale and where to exhale from. How many times initially. U just did kapalbharti without explaining how to do it.

      Exhale forcefully through your nose. Then stomach will start to deform.

      It’s not like that... this alone will not be able to vanish that... you have to club it with some other exercises. But if you do it regularly, your belly will not look abnormal that’s for sure
