Thanks for the Info ! Badass bike Bro! I’ve owned five Harley’s and I’m done with them. They’re just too expensive, not worth it anymore, not even close.
Roam, what handlebars are you running? And are you using risers at all or the stock mounts? I'm a big guy, 6'4....looking to stretch out a little more on my Vulcan 900. The stock bars make me feel like I've got T-Rex arms.
Some one else informed me too lol. Dude at the shop told me it took the 4qt. So I’ve never questioned it. Learned about cleaning the screen too since making this vid. Time for an updated vid.
@@RoamonTwo love to see the screen cleaing video soon! How often do you clean the screen?.....And are you back to 3.5qt now that you know....just sayin alot of people watching vid mite think of puttin all 4 qts in and not know it, thanks
Yea I realized it when it started to vent out into the air cleaner, so it’s good now. I believe every time. Just a quick clean. Someone else mentioned replacing washer on the drain plug too. So new vid coming here real soon👌😂
When I first started doing my own oil changes I used the full gallon (dude at my local shop didn’t say otherwise) and it would always leak oil from the bottom of the air filter housing. I failed to show that I remove half a quart before filling. But I probably did 3 oil changes with the full gallon 😂 never caused harm, just leaked it out. I put 30,000 miles on that bike before I sold it and never had a single issue.
@@talentseekrs they came with the bike so no clue on power difference. The previous owner also took the baffles out so that thing was loud as shit lol. I was always the loudest in the pack. Loved it tho haha
Thank you a lot! Will perform my 7.5 on my own this time for my housing dealership #midcitieshonda was sold to the #delamomotorsports mafia and there no any other trustworthy garage around a South LA.

I got into the money pit of Harley choppers lol. That Vulcan was the most reliable bike I’ve ever owned.

Stock mounts, 12” apes. Not sure of the brand but biltwell sells the same bars. I’m 6’ and these were level with my shoulders.
Thanks for the tutorial. What brand and mode is that motorcycle lift?
No clue, couldn’t find any badging. I scored it off a friend for 150.00 bucks lol
Great but don''t use dirty oil to lube the new oil filter gasket use the clean oil your about to put in the bike.
nothing at all wrong with using the old oil to lube the oil filter gasket.
good vid.....the bike's manual takes 3.5qts, y did you put the hole 4qt bottle of oil in it?

Lmao, I never caught that. 😂
Man, you dropped a full gallon in when you only suppose to use 3.5 quarts… was there any damage to the bike?

What size bars are on this bike? And did you have to do a cable extension?
They are 12”. I bought the bike with them already installed, so I’m not sure if they did a cable extension or not. Sorry man!
Where did you get your backrest from? Looks awesome

Do you only hand tighten your filter?
Yup, by the time it was time to change it again it was always pretty damn tight.
@@RoamonTwo thanks. I just got my 900. Not my first bike by any stretch. But it’s my first Kawasaki. Thanks for the videos. Good info.
Awesome video. Does it take the whole gallon?
Thanks! The manual calls for 3.5, I should have added that in there lol.

Did you lower the fork?
Nope. Just lowered the rear. I had a fork seal out so it looked lower here lol
