This has helped me so so much! I have been so frustrated trying Save As and there was no PNG option!!!
Thanks a lot you saved my time😇
How do I save to use as a puppet in character animate?
Just new to the channel, do you have any vids on how to upload my designs to a wordpress site? thanks
Tnx
The issue I have is, illustrator creates a new version every time I save. Rather than override the previous file, it creates a new one that it labels 01 for example. Illustrator creates new copies with every save I apply. This makes it confusing. Any suggestions on getting illustrator to not do this?
Sorry sir
how to continue save on the old file ?
for example I open the old file to do it, and I want to save it into the same file name.
You should be able to simply save it assuming its an ai file. When you open it in a newer version it may ask you to convert to later version
The correct way is to go to the applications, find illustrator folder > Find Cool Extras folder(*Weird name) > en_US (*This is another folder in that) >Templates>Blank Templates > Right click >Get Info>Unlock Padlock > Go all the way to the bottom > Sharing and Permissions > Under name and privileges > Turn ALL to Read&Right then lock the Padlock back up to save.
My AI files are being saved as Ps can somebody help ASAP please! 🙏🏼

How do I save the file if I want to can go back and make edits when needed?
Sorry typo! : How do I save the file if I want to go back and make edits when needed?
ai file. just save as.
@@RaymePastore But what if you are wanting to send it to someone so that they can see the layers and and order and edit it themselves.
Trying to save a modified logo with a transparent background. This didn't help all that much.
Please stop the "what's up" greeting!
