Hedge cutting: How to cut a low, mixed hedge

  • My mum moved into this house a couple of years ago. The hedge hadn't been maintained for quite a few years. Last year I took down the height and sides to roughly the required height. This year I cut back to the same height and width. By repeated cutting the hedge will become more dense and stronger.
