Well let's not get carried away yet. The first two films were where it's at but the only one sadly that comes in at third place for me is Salvation. Only because it shows the T-600 models which were before Arnold's T-800 model and they showed different but cool other terminator model types

Sometimes the villain is the iconic character and the hero is just the supporting cast. Arnie's Terminator is one of those.
If you ask me, James Cameron is one of the best (if not the best) filmmakers of all time

My favorite movie. They filmed it kinda janky, but it works. That's great movie magic. I wish to God I can do something like this before I die.
It was low budget so that makes sense. I’d say bigger issues include that Arnie face mask scene and the stop motion T-800. Both of those don’t really hold up.
@@benwasserman8223which at the time blew peoples minds! I think a lot of it is the HD you get on modern tv's/digital, it shows up all the flaws, like they even have to do make up differently bow so it doesnt show up on film as easily

I can’t picture OJ being able to pull off any scenes featuring any violence. He seems too chill.
Darth Vader was only in the original Star Wars for 8 minutes but became iconic immediately, if a characters is used effectively less can be more in a sense and the threat of them being on screen becomes heavier, just like the Terminator became so iconic from 26 lines as there wasn’t a ton of filler put in that would dilute its importance

As perfect as Arnold was for the role i would love to see Lance Henrikson as The terminator and Arnold as Reece. It would be really cool to see Arnold struggle physically against a much smaller person who he cant seem to stop. Still, the first movie was perfect with how they did.
