    Cheese Meatball with Spaghetti
    Serve 5-6
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Beef qeema (Mince) 400g (lean)
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed ¼ Cup
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Dashi Chicken powder 1 tsp
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Dashi bread crumbs 4 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
    -Cooking oil for frying
    -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
    -Tamatar (Tomatoes) blanched & pureed 1 & ½ Cup
    -Tomato paste 2 & ½ tbs
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    -Dashi chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Dried parsley 1 & ½ tsp
    -Water ½ Cup or as required
    -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
    -Spaghetti 200g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
    -Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
    -Water 5-6 tbs
    -Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
    -Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
    -Fresh parsley chopped
    Directions:
    -In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,garlic,green chilli,lemon juice,chicken powder,black pepper crushed, salt,red chilli powder,bread crumbs,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
    -Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (45g) & make balls of equal sizes (makes 12 meatballs).
    -In frying pan,heat cooking oil and shallow fry meatballs on medium flame until golden brown & set aside.
    -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until onions are translucent.
    -Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
    -Add tomato paste,salt,chicken powder,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried parsley,mix well and cook for a minute.
    -Add water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
    -Now add meatballs,mix gently & cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & set aside.
    -On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,boiled spaghetti & mix well.
    -Add fresh parsley,water & mix well.
    -Add prepared meatballs with sauce,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & red chilli crushed,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).
    -Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

    -Bowl mein beef qeema,pyaz,lehsan,hari mirch,lemon juice,chicken powder,kali mirch crushed,namak, lal mirch powder,bread crumbs aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (45g) la ker ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 12 meatballs).
    -Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur meatballs ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
    -Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein.
    -Tomato paste,namak,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur dried parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
    -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Ab meat balls dal ker gently mix ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur boiled spaghetti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Fresh parsley aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Tayyar meatballs ko sauce ka saath dal dein,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
    -Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
