This is the best spaghetti and meatballs recipe I’ve ever followed. The key in my opinion is cooking the onions, garlic and oregano with the olive oil prior to mixing it with the meat. Never thought of it before but it does make the texture and the flavor of the meatballs significantly better. For the sauce I added sugar and basil as personal preference. Overall the dish came out perfect. Great job on this one! I also loved the editing with Whiskey while shaking the meatballs 😂 thank you.

Awesommme meatballs & sauce!! I was taught by my grandmother & mother. Both were great cooks but my grandmother owned restaurants. The only difference is my grandmother chopped 🥖 bread into 1/2” pieces and added a little milk and then squeezed some of the milk out. Then, added it to the meatballs. Now a chef friend of mine uses Thyme in the sauce and oregano 🌿 in the meatballs like yours. You make everything 👀 look so appealing.
