Exactly, his training and nutrition must be totally off. I understand he has only been on it for 12 weeks, but I had to do TRT due to how low my levels were. I was in the lower 200s which is way below the minimum. This was in November in 2021. I took it for roughly 8 1/2 months.
      A. I blew up. Normal walking around weight before was 189-192. After about 8 weeks, I was at 212.
      B. My anger and anxiety was at an all-time high. I would get anxious for no reason at my job and it would suck because I felt like that fight or flight feeling even though nothing was happening.
My wife made me get off it due to the anger issues I was experiencing not really towards her, but I was just always grouchy all the time.
Funny thing is though fast-forward to Earlier this year when I got my blood drawn, I was in the upper 400s for my testosterone. Which obviously isn’t high, but it definitely isn’t low, so I don’t know why my testosterone was that low previously.

Seriously! At 19/20 I started focusing on legs. Heavy (for me) squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls. I packed on 25lbs in a matter of months. I had a guy ask me if I was on steroids. I’m convinced that the heavy squats stimulated my entire body to grow, that along with being at the perfect age. I started lifting around 13. Graduated high school at 142lbs. I was about 150lbs at the time and shot up to 175lbs. People don’t think it’s possible but it is.
