Dudes! I’ll be 70 in ten years. I feel like I’m 30. I’m on no medications. I go for a 2-4 mile walk/jog daily. I have friends ages from 15-80. With the advancements in science and information when I get there 70 will be the new 50’s
Exactly, his training and nutrition must be totally off. I understand he has only been on it for 12 weeks, but I had to do TRT due to how low my levels were. I was in the lower 200s which is way below the minimum. This was in November in 2021. I took it for roughly 8 1/2 months. A. I blew up. Normal walking around weight before was 189-192. After about 8 weeks, I was at 212. B. My anger and anxiety was at an all-time high. I would get anxious for no reason at my job and it would suck because I felt like that fight or flight feeling even though nothing was happening. My wife made me get off it due to the anger issues I was experiencing not really towards her, but I was just always grouchy all the time. Funny thing is though fast-forward to Earlier this year when I got my blood drawn, I was in the upper 400s for my testosterone. Which obviously isn’t high, but it definitely isn’t low, so I don’t know why my testosterone was that low previously.
The sad thing is women don’t care about huge muscles, they prefer the lean athletic type of muscularity. Most people can definitely attain that naturally

i would say that a lot of coaches would hop you on steroids after a short period of time this happened to me, my rehab coach was advertising steroids on every gym session i hop on in 26 after 2 years in a gym had a lot of side effects, acne, psychological issues, etc. now i just turned 29, training by myself naturally for almost 1.5 years and my results and physique are better than on steroids without any side effects so i definitely regret even doing that

I'm in my mid 30's now, and definitely made a lot of mistakes in my.20's. Not to mention that my interests and hobbies have changed. I dont feel any need to impress anyone anymore. I pretty much stopped caring what others think and simplified my life, which makes me feel very free these days.
80s baby here,started doing push ups and sit ups at 11 years old,in the gym at 14years old,never did steroids in my ife,never considered it to be a factor,about to be 44 years old,still train,still love it,at his age,leg press,squats,ham curls,leg extensions,release so much testosterone, eat healthy,sleep,rest,young men,you dont need drugs.
Seriously! At 19/20 I started focusing on legs. Heavy (for me) squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls. I packed on 25lbs in a matter of months. I had a guy ask me if I was on steroids. I’m convinced that the heavy squats stimulated my entire body to grow, that along with being at the perfect age. I started lifting around 13. Graduated high school at 142lbs. I was about 150lbs at the time and shot up to 175lbs. People don’t think it’s possible but it is.

i would say that a lot of coaches would hop you on steroids after a short period of time
this happened to me, my rehab coach was advertising steroids on every gym session
i hop on in 26 after 2 years in a gym
had a lot of side effects, acne, psychological issues, etc.
now i just turned 29, training by myself naturally for almost 1.5 years
and my results and physique are better than on steroids without any side effects
so i definitely regret even doing that

Amen, poor guy. I knew guys who were all about lifting cause of Instagram and Tiktok. But they weren’t really very strong and were still thinking of hopping on gear.
It’s such a shame because he really is a handsome young man for him to be ruining his body in such a horrible way. He has been so self-destructive and for a while for aesthetics he’s genuinely a handsome man. This is really sad. My heart is breaking for him and for his family because they’re going to see him not well.

As a 40 yr old who made this mistake and had all the wrong people around me helping me to do it I agree. No need to start so early if ever. Professionals need it. I don't like it but I get it. There's no reason for the average person to use it. 90% of what you gain can be achieved naturally with time and dedication
And really no one should do it if they don’t compete. You are harming your body for your hobby, for me that is not something i would do. In competition there is no way around, but steroids only worsen your living condition if you do it for hobby.

The sad thing is that 70 is not THAT old if you take care of your body right. You can still live with great mobility, strength and fulfillment. My husband’s parents are close to 70 and look like they are in their 50s still. You wouldn’t think twice about it.

80s baby here,started doing push ups and sit ups at 11 years old,in the gym at 14years old,never did steroids in my ife,never considered it to be a factor,about to be 44 years old,still train,still love it,at his age,leg press,squats,ham curls,leg extensions,release so much testosterone, eat healthy,sleep,rest,young men,you dont need drugs.
Seriously! At 19/20 I started focusing on legs. Heavy (for me) squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls. I packed on 25lbs in a matter of months. I had a guy ask me if I was on steroids. I’m convinced that the heavy squats stimulated my entire body to grow, that along with being at the perfect age. I started lifting around 13. Graduated high school at 142lbs. I was about 150lbs at the time and shot up to 175lbs. People don’t think it’s possible but it is.

I workout almost daily and am a BJJ competitor so I truly love working out and being in the best shape I can possibly be however the people who I have met who are in the best shape I’ve ever seen are also the nicest people I ever met and they don’t take shortcuts to get I’m not saying people can’t take steroids however it is sad to see so many people my age “late teens and early twenty’s” taking steroids and many other things thinking it will get them to where they want to be, It Won’t! I have met a few older guys in jiujitsu who back in the day took many things and they All say they wish younger guys would stop. I pray for the mental state of people
