Great video Ben, I m trying to enroll to ads mastery, but seem to be having issues. Can you please provide an email address to whom should I reach out.
Had to pause the video to come here and add that what an exceptional video it is. Prepared my notes but i think I'll keep coming here to learn something new everytime.
You explained everything perfectly. It can be seen that you have experience and that you provide us with quality content. It's nice to be as good at something as you are at your job. Thank you Ben.
Mate, what a fantastic video! This is the first video I watch from your channel and I absolutely loved it, this is insanely valuable! 👌🏻 I'm based in Worcester and when you said you were based in Cheltenham I can't lie that it did make me like your video and your content even more 😂 I'm working to grow my nutrition coaching business and will be spending many hours watching your videos! Thanks a lot 🙏🏻
Your latest videos have been great! came from Charlie Morgans course on easy grow and found a lot of your youtube vibes to solve a lot of concerns i'm having. So thank you. Could you possibly make a video about how to optimize ads every 72 hours and what that routine should look like? i'd like to just know what to look our for and make sure i'm doing everything to the best i can. THANKS
With a new Facebook ad account, is it more effective to test a product in a single country first, or should you run ads in multiple countries from the start? Which approach yields better results? For instance, if you achieve some sales in one country, could you then expand to multiple countries using a lookalike audience? Would it be more expensive initially to advertise in multiple countries?
Hey Ben, I recently run Meta Lead Gen. Campaign for my Solar Installer Brand in Australia. In $1500 I've generated only 18 leads and from those 18 leads mostly No Response and rest of not interested. And entire $1500 went into flush mode. Targeting was properly set, audience was set. I still don't understand where am I lacking...? I used rich creative form. Please help me into this Ben.
if you've generated 18 leads, you've obviously done at least something right. theres only two things that come to mind, 1. your leads probably weren't qualified so messaging(ad copy and creative relevancy) prob wasn't on point. 2. it is very important that you call or contact your leads within 5 minutes of them submitting a form or whatever, everything more than 10 mins and results drop off significantly, the sooner you call your leads the better.
Hi Ben, thanks for the videos theay are extremely helpful. I have a small business but it's aimed at incoming tourists. Since the new Meta update which removed certain target audiences do you have an advice on how to best approach this? Thank you
Great video, thanks Ben. We have a campaign promoting ticket sales for 10 events across Australia. We promote each locally with a 40km radius calling out the suburbs names in the copy but the creative is the same. We limit ad sets to 5 over 2 campaigns . We get fb warnings re fragmentation even though locations are very far apart. Would it be better to have 10 ads in 1 ad set and let FB work out the geo targeting from the copy? Thoughts very much appreciated!
Thank you for your video, I have a question about tracking. I started a campaign with goal maximing conversations in messenger. We had some conversations that started through the ad but in the Facebook ad report I see the system didn’t report any of them. Then I noticed that in the events manager I can create a new data set in the category “messaging”. Do I need to create this new data set to track things like conversations started thanks to ads? Also, do I need to log these messaging events together with the existing pixel (Facebook is asking it during the setup)? I thought all the events in messenger and Instagram chats were something automatically tracked since they are properties of Meta. What do you think?
What if it's an electrician service business for example? Could I run a campaign for each city, including the city name in every title, to make it super specific and targeted for each location? Have you ever tried that?
in the video you linked at the end about structure was great but im looking for an easier video to follow that shows me step by step on how to run these new ads in 2024. do you have any? ive found some old ones of yours but im not sure if theyre still valid due to the year.
Hi Ben, sorry for another question about this, but is there any chance you could do an update/more in depth video based on the previous video you made about what you would do if you had to start from scratch to make money? I've been trying it, and getting leads, many of whom were interested and wanted quotes, but the plasterers after initially agreeing, and having some back and forth with them just ended up going cold, not replying to emails or phone calls. I'm getting the impression it's because they think we're scamming them or something. Is there a correct way to present ourselves (me and my mum at the moment) to the plasterers (as well as the leads, I guess)? So far we've been presenting as a somewhat large already established business, although to some we say we're a startup using facebook ads to generate clients. A couple of plasterers were actually really nice and helpful and were even offering advice on how we could operate, but they were unfortunately booked up for a while. I really want to make this work and have put quite a lot into it so far. My mum thinks it obviously doesn't work - because the 2 or 3 plasterers we've been "working with" ended up going cold, which I obviously think is a ridiculous assumption, but it's stressing me out quite a lot. If you have any advice at all on how to actually speak to both the leads and the plasterers and how to present ourselves it would be massively appreciated. Thanks again, Ben, and sorry for the questions.
Be straightforward, create flow charts to present to the client as to what your process entails and how you’ll do it ,keep them updated if your not seeing success with plastered switch niches , it’s a numbers game just keep making those cold calls be genuine be confident and have a plan it’ll work out , also if you don’t have testimonials to show your clients use example as creatives show them that and tell them this is the ad where gonna run + create a irresistible offer like discounts or free info , offer to work with plasterers free if you “don’t outperform there current marketing strategy”
@@isayahcollins6119 Thanks for the reply. Have you done it? Has it worked for you? I've given it a good try, spent lots of time and money on it, had every plasterer mess me about and the leads were almost all total rubbish. I just couldn't keep wasting money on it. I might try it again in the future with a different trade, perhaps...
Some of my clients prefer GMB ads for their local businesses instead of Meta Ads. What's the one major advantage that Meta ads has over GMB ads for a local business?
One thought Facebook Lead Ads are pretty powerful if you can ask qualifying questions and get them working for you. Still the leads won’t be as high intent as Google Ads.
Hi ben, would you please consider making tutorials/contents on google Ads as you've been doing with Meta? I'd really appreciate that and I'm sure a lot of your audience too.

Please give me a refund I can't afford the 200$ the course took and it is not something I can use as a small business owner

Will this course teach me how to setup and manage campaigns for local businesses?

Thank you always, Ben!
Thanks, I'm going to make it painfully clear I'm local!
Perfect timing for this video

What Ads for local beauty salon? Leads? Sale targeting to messenger or maybe engagement with messenger? Thanks Ben
Thank you!
Thanks again ben 🙂
Simple Q : Should you run ads for different clients(Facebook pages) from the same account?
Happy to help.
And no definitely not.

Can you tell me what objective you use to get people to come to the local store ?

Hey, what do you think about platforms like adinspiration to track and find winning ads and adapt them to our business?
Amazing video! Do you teach local businesses in your facebook ads mastery separately as well?
We sure do :)
thanks

GMB is targeting prople in "Buy mode" which is a small percentage of the market.
Meta is targeting awareness stage and cold prospects.
This response is spot on. Because of that, I’d recommend doing both
Is it possible to run a campaign on Google Ads specifically for GMB?
Isn't it replaced by Performance Max campaigns which is a total waste of money?
@@medachrefkhelifi5643Yeah but the local campaign objective is now Performance Max now right?
Ben for example using LLA 10% when you say open targeting do you mean 18y/o to 64y/o, is that right?
Yes that’s right, open targeting is everyone
Should it be a lead gen campaign or sales campaign? Or awareness?
Lead most likely :)
i feel like i would run for ecommerce for the rest of my life
I recognize this map from somewhere 🤔
Hi ben, would you please consider making tutorials/contents on google Ads as you've been doing with Meta? I'd really appreciate that and I'm sure a lot of your audience too.
He has another channel about it - ben heath Google AdWords- I believe, it's not as active but still
He has. @BenHeathGoogleAds
He does, he has a separate channel for it, search "Ben Heath Google Ads"
Can you add what the price for Mastery in US dollars is. It's not on your site.
