70's Monte Carlo Turbo kit Fabrication - Part2 @Speedaddixxgarage S475 turbo, turbosmart and more..

On this episode we start on the 4" downpipe coming out of the ‪@BorgWarnerBooster‬ S475 Turbo T4. This is by far the most challenging part of the build. not only do we have to fabricate the downpipe, but we also have to merge the Wastegate exit into the exhaust. This ‪@TurbosmartHQ‬ 50mm gate is gonna be quite....well kinda.....

You did a fantastic job on this car. It interests me bc I have the Hooker manifolds. I was just wondering why you put the wideband in the crossover rather than the downpipe. I'm not saying that it's wrong, it just peaked my curiosity is all. Thanks man!!

he is running HP Tuners. It needs to read off the headers. U can still install an aftermarket wideband in the downpipe

Not having the engine in the car yet. I have an 85 regal. I have those 1 7/8" stainless up and forward turbo headers. Plan on cross over in front of engine in all the dead space. What do you think are the chances of having enough room to sneak a 4" down pipe back under the headers down the normal route with the ac box still in? Trying to decide whether to keep hvac box or strip it out.
