Dodge Omni GLH Custom Intercooler and Piping Fabrication - - - Speedaddixxgarage

Have you ever heard of a Dodge Omni. Well I'll tell you all about one in this video. What a cool little car with a ton of 1980-1990 history. Did you know that Shelby put his name on this little hot rod. In this episode we mount a custom intercooler and make both the intercooler piping and an awesome intake.

I vote keep it. Don't believe I will ever get rid of my 85 GLH with the 87 Shelby Z T2 drivetrain. Going to pull the engine and see if I can get 300 to 325 whp out of it this winter. The A/F looked a little rich on the 15 to 16 psig run at WOT, but better a little safe than sorry. A couple pounds of boost probably brought it back in line. Nice intercooler piping work...very sharp!

Your probably right about the increase boost and AFR. I believe he is going to keep it. He built this vehicle with his dad. It has too much value like u said. Ping me when u start making progress on your build.

I must say, you have a nice shop, and your welds obviously had many hours of experience to get to that quality of a bead.... And my suggestion to the perpetual smiling owner, smack a "Shelby" factory sticker on the side on the ground kit, and perhaps, if he is part Honey Badger, have a custom "Goes like Hell" painted somewhere on the car.... And yes I knew of this Shelby since the early 90s man.... And it must have been out of the sun most of the time to retain the dash......

I forget… think he sold if for somewhere close to 5k but don’t remember
