I always check out your suggestions and even though I'm a lot more "euro-classic" (think Sven Raphael Schneider or even more vintage oriented) there are always some items (chinos, crew neck sweaters, Polo shirts in this case) that you give very nice suggestions and especially tips on how to pair with something less "standard". I'm currently looking into combining your suggestions of Polos and Chinos with a double breasted blue blazer with gold buttons which should work out fine in summer....m err if you're the kind of weirdo who thinks boater hats and panama hats are awesome summer choices ;). I've been wanting to pick up some dress boots for a while, specifically the Allen Edmonds Daltons in Burgundy Cordovan. Could you give me some tips on what outfits would work with these? They're pricey, so I'd like to be able to wear them with casual outfits and not just a navy suit (to get more use out of them). Thanks!
Since they're a boot, they're slightly less dressy than oxfords, derbies or bluchers. The broguing also lowers the formality a little. They should work for anything in the smart casual to business professional range (dark washed denim, chinos, dress slacks, a suit, etc.). They might be ideally suited for outfits that are business casual. For colors, burgundy shoes/boots work well with blue, navy, light and dark gray, khaki and olive pants. I would (personally) hesitate to wear burgundy shoes/boots with black, dark brown, red or burgundy pants.
Stay away from Henley’s & go for a well made “knit” polo sweater type. Stay away washed blue jeans. Outdated. Go for Chinos in a variety of colors that fit the summer. Neutrals are nice. Throw a linen light color with the pants (no pleats, slim fitted).
Gotta say, I tried The denim trucker jacket with slim fit chinos. It looked weird. I prefer wearing them with a different shade of jeans. Also, the button down oxford shirt only looks good if your skinny. Having to tuck them into your pants really highlights your beer belly. Stick with dark colored polo's otherwise.

Great fashion tips but like behavioral science i don't think these tips apply to all skin shades. Works mostly for caucasian i think darker tones will be different fashion types. Like there are somethings that different folks can pull off that others can't
henleys are controversial lol? its literally just a tshirt but with a button opening. Just wear a fitted one and even being bigger or not muscular looks good. most of the men in those images were wearing a size too small
Unless the shirt has a straight hem it shouldn't be worn un-tucked like the guys in the pictures.....it just looks sloppy! Same deal with having a shirt hanging out past the hem of a jacket.
this is very opposite from where men's fashion is headed ... i think men have made much more progress that we don't need the advice to "size down" on a denim jacket ... this channel has that whole my-wife-makes-me-go-shopping-and-picks-out-my-clothes vibe. sorry if this comes across like a hate comment but i feel mens fashion today is so far out of site here.
