Omg thank you so much, this video was awesome for i learn the prices and also confirm a few things, can you make a video of how much it cost to have a car there in Colombia? cali for example, average insurance price etc i cant see that almost anywhere. Keep doing this amazing videos we all love Colombia culture, i hope i can go live there one day.

Hi Derrick, there is definitely a community. I would suggest visiting the face book groups ‘gringocaleno’ and ‘expats in Cali’ and searching there. There used to be a Cali collaborative meetup but I haven’t heard anything for a few years. It seems there are some people who want to meet up though so that’s a great place to start/ ask. Hope that helps and safe travels !

Hi no problem! Have you check mercado libre or facebook marketplace? Also, it helps of you put things in spanish when searching. We found a place being sold directly by an owner instead of a company.
that price for a low- medium quality, it's like the dude that answered 2000 pesos it's too expensive for three large bananas, unreal it's not even half a dolar

There is this thing called GOOGLE where you can find that info. Damn, either put in the work or don't comment.
Update: I went last year and COL is fairly cheap if you shop and eat where locals do. The main expense is the airfare. Vibin' city and gr8 people. I loved it and will return. ty

Hi Julia, it constantly fluctuates. A google search of ‘cop to usd’ gives you a converter. Hope that helps!
$800000k colombian pesos is about $300 us dollars

There are still a ton of murders, and it is extremely unsafe.
