A lot of things have to be considered: Does Neji shut down his chakra system? Does Gentle Fist keep up Kimimaro Bone manipulation? Does his Gentle fist break his Bones, can he see them emerging out of his body can he counter it? The Byakugan is especially useful against shutting down Kimimaro before he can get going.

I think tayuya can still handle choji She has an intelligence, range, and hax advantage If his head becomes vulnerable for even a moment, he loses I don't think a blind choji can get close to tayuya, pill or no pill. She can use the doki to tank hits until his pills side effects kill him, suck out the chakra he's filling himself with to counter the boost of the pills while actually boosting herself, and just generally keep at range until he dies of the side effects He really has no way to approach her without getting caught in genjutsu or just flying blind and hoping he hits someone that kept up with shikamaru's strategies. I don't think a blind choji can get close to tayuya, pill or no pill. She can use the doki to tank hits until his pills side effects kill him, suck out the chakra he's filling himself with to counter the boost of the pills while actually boosting herself, and just generally keep at range until he dies of the side effects
He really has no way to approach her without getting caught in genjutsu or just flying blind and hoping he hits someone that kept up with shikamaru's strategies.

Sasuke cannot be the strongest genin since he is significantly weaker than Kyubi chakra mode Naruto, who battled Neji. NB4 someone says Naruto was jealous. base Naruto was envious of the Chidori. This is the same Naruto who knows he can't use the Kyubi chakra, so he doesn't consider it while feeling envious. That's why he attempted to summon Bunta against Gaara and gave up as soon as he failed. Neji is significantly faster than Chidori Sasuke, as the Chidori isn't even quicker than the 1st gate, which is an entire level beyond weightless level speed which was shown capable of dodging a mentally enhanced Chidori. Neji is on a higher scale than 2nd Gate Lee, which surpasses the 1st gate as demonstrated against Kimimaro. Indeed, facts can be intimidating. But they are just that.
