I don't understand why people hate FiR so much. Thier new stuff is fun, entertaining and well produced, it definitely doesn't bring much work for the brain, but who established it should? If you don't separate music and personality sometimes, you would hate pretty much almost every band.
I personally don't react to Ronnie's stuff anymore because I think he is a net negative to the scene but this song is way better compared their pervious stuff musically. Also the lyrical content need to change to something more substantive than the whole "Cancel Culture" stuff. There is ways to talk about that issue or a way to put it in a song that could add to the conversation but this ain't doing it.
