1) Prequel: Ronnie becoming who he is by being crucified (metaphorically by the public) by the people in power and learning he has power over some people (those that hate that are always talking about him behind his back - the power that he is always on their mind). He gets pulled in both directions (good and evil) and doesn't pick a side. Then he finds his suit. 2) Popular Monster: Still being crucified in the public eye so he turns into a popular monster and murders a bunch of people. 3) Ronald: While being transported after getting picked up for the PM murders, he breaks out of the police vehicle and escapes. He meets God in Purgatory (Tech 9) and He has him use his suit, become a hero and fight the devil. 4) Watch the World Burn: Even after being a hero, the public still looks down on him and turns against him so he turns into the villain once and for all and Burns the World. 5) Last Resort: The world is fixed.
I liked your comment and will watch all the videos again with that in mind. I don't agree though for the moment. I think the videos of this and "Let the World Burn" is about Jesus. And that is a parallel story to his. This is Jesus in the past. The Romans give him is crown, he gains followers, he fights false gods, gets crucified and then a hint that he will come back as a warrior next time. Ronnie gets a record deal (record label might be the Romans who crown him..?). This is going to be too long. Lets skip the details. Well "Watch the World Burn" is Jesus coming back as a judge because the world is messed up. He will punish the greedy, the evil and false prophets. In the Bible it's not Satan who will burn the world, it's God. When God has had enough. Ronnie seems to feel the same. That's my humble take on it.

To really analyze the video: The way I see it is each line talks about his rise to where he is and each scene shows that. People crowned him for his skill in the industry and that lead into the line of "escaped my fate" giving a call back to his old band of Escape The Fate where he had several feuds with after parting ways. From there he was sent out to show everyone what he was capable of, which directly lead to people copying him and what he was doing. In the end it led to the very same people that crowned him to crucify him with all of those copies rooting for his downfall. At the end with him denying both heaven and hell with the scenes from the desert, I believe it shows that at some point he stopped giving a fuck about them and searched for his own worth and his own place in this world and industry. That's why the desert scenes show him with pierced hands and finally finding the armor. To me, the armor symbolizing where he is now. Doing his own thing, making his own music, and being his own person. And since it's a prequel, it shows that he's tearing down everything that shouldn't be after finally finding his place in it all.

Saw them live last week - really amazing! Honestly he sounds the same live except for the little things he adds in, definitely a performer. Also Black Veil Brides was so good too!

A couple of days ago they released a live performance video of "All My Life". Onstage were Jelly and Ronnie singing and then MGK came onstage and was doing his version of country dancing. They were great and it looked like they were having fun, so no drama there.
The first of the song is definitely nf ( I'm sorry, the "aghhh" and a lot of the flows and mental health stuff) but the singing and the "rise against the system" at the end is epic.. definitely a strong message
he's always done things like that. I can see the comparison from the sound of the beat and kind of the flow but I think it's just inspiration more than anything.

Yes, per their name, they did everything in reverse putting out Prequel, the beginning last. The armor was put around him by Tech9 in Ronald. He also wore it in Watch the world burn. Many Easter eggs to his other songs. Last Resort reimagined is the last song on the album...the world was rebuilt.
