BMW 5 Series E60 E61 2004-2010 slip ring removal steering wheel airbag, steering wheel 5 Series

Hi guys first time i have removed the slip ring on a BMW e60 5 series 520d m sport.
I thought i a share a video on how to do it and was first time doing it as my controls stopped working as the wires broke inside the ring so replaced it with another slip ring and everything started to work hope this video helps every one .

What was your initial problem?? Fault ps and indicators didnt self cancel?

bought car of copart needed repair done part had gone lights stayed on clock till fitted new part
