Wow, wonderful design! But why is the rosé blanket so puffy and the blue one has so much much holes? Or is it a difference in the wool you used?
thank you so much. No, the wool I use is the same. but for a clearer explanation, I used the crochet number larger than the yarn. so it looks like the hole in the video. actually same model and same numbers
something is missing .. the video vs the display are completely different... make sure you swatch this before you decide on a blanket.. there are alot of holes when you follow the video

Edit: further down the comments Tuba says she used a larger (yarn? and) hook for the video, so choose a hook that gives you the result you want, maybe. There are no hard and fast rules in crochet, it's a very flexible, adaptable craft; and best of all, the Crochet Police don't come round and inspect your work!

I have never seen a crochet pattern that does not tell how many beginning chains it takes to make one rep. Dont you know how many?
If I didn't know how many there are, I guess I wouldn't be able to shoot a video. I am preparing a video by explaining the easiest methods for you. and always the easiest and fastest method is to cut the excess chain by making a pattern on the excess chain. I recommend you to watch my videos. you will definitely learn a lot

You can finish it in the order I described in the video, or by making a single crochet in the last row.
How many grams of yarn did you use?
100 grams of yarn 9-10 pieces
Why cut the foundation chain?just dont crochet so many chains then you won't have to cut it
hello, when setting up the pattern, I cut it to be the size I want
I also dont get why you dont explain by how many chains to set up? Why would i want to cut in my yarn? I always messure up a bassenet or crib and then by how many chains to multiple i know how many chains i need to start with. I love the pattern but wont make it because i dont want to cut my yarn, because i know i Will mess it up. Would love just to know by how many chains i need to multiple
@@jantineromkes-hakvoort8873 just thought I'd help if I can! Other patterns I've seen that use this stitch use multiples of 2 when chaining. I 100% agree with not cutting your yarn especially if you're a beginner which this aims to be for. I'd say do however many stitches you need as a multiple of 2 (AKA 20, 40, 200 etc.) then add 2 for the beginning. Hope this helps!
