Self realization is the 4 stage and liberation is the 7th. In the 4 stage the world doesn’t vanish. In the 7th it vanishes. The world being the physical astral n causal.

What is that piano piece at the beginning?
There is the state of enlightenment, and then there are stages.. of integration.
The efforts of the seemingly, subjective self, having rid itself of 51% of the illusion, we awaken, we realoze our unity, we move into the heart chakra.. THEN, we begin working on that last 49% which is why the buddha refered to these and those close to it, as once returners.

According to the Sudden School Teachings, Self Realization or Awakening occurs suddenly & instantaneously.
(To paraphrase) Great Iconic of Zen, the *_6th Patriarch Hui Neng_* says,
_"Self Realisation is akin to a sudden lightning strike (onto One's body & mind) which instantly burns away all attachments, defilements, afflictions or sins in a single flash."_
Means *_Self Realization_* is sudden, not gradual as it is not a process per se, hence there are no stages of realization.
Hence his Sudden School Teachings since during his time from the era Tang Dynasty, China had flourished and is still thriving to these days with its many practitioners in Eastern & Western countries. 😊🙏🙇♂️🌷
🙏🏽❤️ Not everyone mind so pure to find the source of everything,that awareness. Every spiritual practice's ultimate goal is to purify the mind so that it can reflect the true nature. Shedding of all the ignorance we acquired from past and present life may take too many years of purification as he said he took 20 years . Some one may get instant enlightenment like Ramana Maharshi.some one may get after somany life. We can't generalise enlightenment is an instant process,everyone's path are unique. You and I are listening to this because we are able to understand this somewhat at least Intellectually, but everyone is not interested in these topics.🙏🏽❤️

However many seasoned practitioners eventually realized that self realization which is to 'realize & see' One's True Self Nature, is non-localized and non-deterministic.
Hence self realization happens suddenly instantaneously without any predictability or in stages by gradual practice for it to eventually happen.
@@siewkonsum7291 But everyone is not able to get enlightened instantly untill all his ignorance (seeking of permanent happiness in the objects outside) removed. It may take many lifetimes or years. As like how much they shed off the false beliefs they accumulated so much by past and present life gets exhausted,then they will realise. ❤️

What Sum SK means - awakening itself is sudden & instantaneous. It has nothing to do with how many lives, what practices, hardships, etc a person had been thru' or experienced.
And awakening may happen or not happen at all in One's lifetime & or many lifetimes by any sorts of practices.
Awakening doesn't depend on knowing or not-knowing, knowledge, learning, education, monastic practices, meditation, chanting, asceticism, beliefs systems, teachings, science, going thru' many lives of practice, etc.
Awakening cannot be taught, studied, explained or learnt. It has neither a teacher nor a follower, nothing to learn nor teach.
When it happens, it happens naturally & suddenly by itself. If it doesn't happen, it doesn't at all to any a person thru' lives.
To whom whose mind is emptily empty or abideless shall realize it suddenly!

You are exactly right. Nondualiy means not two. Therefore, there can't be awareness and awareness of something. The awareness he is talking about is the ego. The ego, when permanently cleared of thoughts, then disappears into its source.. This was the enlightenment of Ramana Maharshi. As Ramana said, most people need to put forth effort to get to the state of a permanently still mind. Then Grace, or whatever name you give It, does the rest. Very few people in the history of the world have actually surrendered to this degree.

But, if the inception of one's lineage did not FORM initially, there would be no one to say, quote: " I am that which is aware". I mean once the FORM has FORMED the inception for your lineage, at that point the FORM is the OBJECTIVE REALITY because it exists independently and externally to the mind until that FORM is in a symbiotic relationship with Biology part, which is your physical body and brain.
At that symbiotic point you are DUALITY and both existing independently, more to the point, both are OBJECTS. The only reason your FORM is aware of your experiences, is for the FORM'S very survival and to EVOLVE it's HOST the BIOLOGY part which is your physical body and brain.
The FORM does not require to EVOLVE because it's already Manifested and Transcended from elements of the Universe randomly, therefore your FORM is known and is an object that FORMED initially from the elements of the Universe.
This so called teacher doesn't realise he is talking to something that has prompted his brain to be conscious of that which is his FORM presence within that it's there doing the prompting consciously. More to the point it is impossible for your physical brain to Sacrifice the Consciousness tool from the Manifested and Transcended Form. Consciousness did not FORM the FORM prior to the FORM FORMING because consciousness does not exist in random events and random means " done without conscious decision". This teacher will take another 20 years to realise that, if at at all. You all will die ie your biology and your FORM source, unless you pass on your FORM source reproductively.

Do verbal explanations, have verbal explanations ever lead to the flowering of understanding of oneself or ones life, or do verbal explanations prejudice and condition the mind and therefore distort and prejudice perception and therefore add to the difficulties they purport to solve? Don't answer because it's too fucking obvious. Any teacher that doesn't understand this is a quack, an exploiter, including this one whose teaching and life most obviously has not been transformed by love and compassion, and the wisdom that streams only from these.
Don't argue against this. It's the truth. And either you see it or there is no hope for you at all.
So what will you do about it?
Once I saw that I was seeing a movie like in a cinema, and with me there were others.
My conclusion that, there are many egos (including me, the one that perceived all this) and that one or two or maybe various are going to be Awaken, but not all of them.
Once I perceived (not saw it only perceived) that two were being "liberated" and that's why I am still on the path, because I haven't the experience of "liberation".
Maybe that's why we can understand why some awakened teachers are the way they are, because the egos that are left behind (there are thousands or millions of them) will be taking the place of the one or various that were liberated.
The ego that reachs some level of understanding is ready to be liberated and it is not anymore part of the living experiences of that character.
The egos that are still left there are the ones that will continue with the VRG until they can reach a higher level of understanding.
All this that I experienced wasn't a dream I was fully aware of what was happening, because "somebody" cleared "my face" (I really didn't saw my face) from some kind of substance that covers our face, that unables us to see the reality of the things, although later my face was covered again.
I understand that maybe even this experiences are part of the illusion, but that was I had perceived.
I do believe that the Awakening experiences are "spontaneously".
At this moment (they) Consciousness had put me in a mental state of darkness with dark beings and other situations happening "there", it's not a place, I have no powers, but only have to surrender to whatever it is happening to me.
With all that I have experienced, I understand that "nobody" is wrong or right, it's how it's to be. We have no control over nothing.
Every ego will experience the things differently.
There isn't one truth, there are many truths.
The only truth is that Consciousness is in control of everything, every character, every story, every experience, and each one is the truth.
Each ego will have their own perceptions and interpretations, and finally there will be some egos that will experience that they are not Consciousness, that they are beyond the imposed screen and script of Consciousness.
I think Rupert recent adulterous affair proves there are levels of Self realization.
Mind has preconceived notion of what freedom is.Most people look at Ramana Maharishi and take him as ideal in their mind.That ideal is a concept.Instead of wanting to find out for themselves, people focus on ideal in their minds and loose momentum.People should not bother about how Ramana Maharishi lived life and focus on realization only. When dissolution of thoughts come, you may find that some actions of the body are continued while others are lost.You cannot have any absolute conclusion about that state.How one will act is entirely up to God or life after realization.What happens in realization, is that sense of being doer of actions is lost completely and one realizes that one is in hands or is operated by something indescribable that one is in union with.Any judgment toward any actions of the body will vanish. So actions will happen spontaneously,even some that you may think will dissapear, like sex,smoking,drinking etc.When the realization comes, you will simply understand naturally why realized beings act differently.Some may get drunk occasionally, some may smoke. One free from thoughts is free to enjoy anything life has to offer, but once enjoyment is finished it feels like it never happened.Please don’t give up.
Self realization has nothing to do with your qualms. Idk anything about his personal life or if what you allege is true but even if it is your point proves you know very little about self realization. Also makes me wonder what causes you to go to on to this video need to throw your accusation into this conversation. Sounds like his supposed affair triggered you.
