I had this experience the other week. I meditate mysefl to sleep most nights recently. The other night I got into a deep state and I could feel by body in a none personal sense. It reminded me of when I had psychosis many years ago and I was working in a ticket office, putting tickets in enveopes. I looked at my hands and they were just working on their own. My entire experience was in autopilot. I freaked out though and my separate self took back control. It almost feels like possession.

I think the point here is the reconciliation between the "I" and the "me". The "me" is contained within "I", not the other way around. The "I" is the same energy that animates all bodies. It is the belief that there is a real "me" that is separate from this "I" that causes the confusion and apparent division. But even after this is seen, a human being still has to live it's life and that means separation. But the difference is it knows that the separation is in appearances only now.
