John, what I like about burritos and tacos is that they're so customizable and you can make them any way you want. We're actually having people over this weekend and we're going to do tacos and just put out a bunch of stuff for people to create whatever they want for themselves
I have to agree with you, I love that relaxed community style of eating, especially when the ingredients are spicy meats, fresh summer vegetables, pickles and sauces all wrapped up in fresh flour tortillas. Lebanese buffet style dining is very similar. I'm getting a hankering for pits bread, humus and condiments just thinking about it. So much yummy food yet to be discovered.
Nice mate, but if chicken is hot i myself would put cheese first so the chicken melts the cheese, i will have these on the weekend its raing here today mate, so its nice weather for curry snags. keep the vids coming mate, they always make me hungry.
Good tip with the chicken. I often leave the cheese out in the summer and pack it full of seasonal crunchy veg, but for winter melted cheese is a must have. Thanks for the suggestion mate.
