One of the things witnessed was social boundaries. All present respected each other and were clear of their boundaries . If this gorilla can understand that why can't humans. In both people and gorillasthere is an element of free will. In this case they both behaved for the greater good. We.can learn alot in watching this example of the ability to exercise free will.

I saw some gorillas at the zoo the other day and honestly. They looked like they were people. The way they clearly thought about things and moved around. I can't imagine ever killing one.

However what I find interesting is how certain humans have a desire/compulsion to be near such dangerous animals. So an interesting parallel is how in the U.S a man took his wife to Alaska to study Grizzly Bears (free youtube film called ‘Grizzly Man’) and they were both mauled to death following an encounter. Obviously if you watch the documentary I recommended you will see that he is nothing close to Damien. However what I find interesting is how certain humans have a desire/compulsion to be near such dangerous animals.
