I think all of these are just S-tier. They got the best overall tech minor god tree with best possible passives and minor god powers. The best overall god is hard to say because it depends on too many factors. End game: Ultra late game, Seth is strongest god because spamming metoer in wonder age is practically instant win button and if you have infinity resources, spamming elephants probably beats any unit in the game. not many games will ever get to wonder age so there is no practical for him. Egypt is about middle road in the power. Zeus by far strongest in the mythic age. Spamming plenty vaults gives him infinity resources and most games end in mythic age on average. At same time, i don't think he's the best but i would put as 2nd best god in the game. Overall i'd Odin is probably strongest most consistent god because his early-mid game is best there is. He is not strongest late game but Norse is about winning early and wining hard and he does that the better than anyone. to put into perceptive, if you can't get to mythic age and you lose in heroic age, it doesn't matter that your late game is worse. Obviously if Odin gets to wonder age or has to fight Zeus in mythic age, he's going to lose but so will all other norse gods. Kronos is like Odin where he has strong early game but he doesn't excel at anything. His early game is good but it is not Odin good. His mid-game is good on basis that your early game rush is good. His late game is good but it is not Zeus good. His wonder age incredibly good but few games ever get to wonder age. Out of 4 Civ;s, Atlantians are probably weakest.
i think they nerfed Loki's passive from 100% ->50% because of Godi hero unit. It is archer unit that you can build in great hall in heroic age. An archer hero unit has no almost no down-time for attacking so it is more efficient at farming favor. At least in theory.

Loki might be underrated because he gets 25% attack damage for all his units. for comparison. this is equal 2.5 armory tech and.... it stacks with armory tech for +55% damage. After that, you have consider that Loki also has heimdall, a myth unit that boost attack damage by 50% and they also buff tech that horn lasts 5 second longer. for 10 seconds, that is 105% damage increase. so just two of these myth units for 15-20 second is flaming weapon buff. Now you have consider that you also get flaming weapons for whomping 180% damage increase. I can't wait to play age of myth in September. on paper, Loki looks incredible but on paper might not be what it is in practice. in practice, you take buy ballistics for Godi's which is expensive (200 food, 200 gold). damage armory tech are cost a lot and than there is just 80 food/40 gold for 10 hensirs is 800 food, 400 gold + 80 wood+40 gold for 800 wood, 400 gold. overall this is a lot of resources. this is easily 3000 resources, 1500 gold between archaic age and heroic age for the timing attack. I am pretty sure it is pretty insane when you do get all upgrades but till than, Loki might be more of end-game god then early game stomper.

Hunting equipments got nerfed in the stress test. It is only increasing stats from villagers and no more hunt bonus.
