Greek are the strongest as it is currently, the top 10 players have nearly 100% wr on Greek. Magic is in a different league on eggy and is probably the only person I’ve seen constantly beat Greek as eggy. Mista is just on another level as always After that if nobody is Greek it’s balanced. Norse feels weak after the nerfs Who knows they’re currently looking at patches already

Wanted to be a Thor main but couldn’t agree more. Literally asked myself “why would I ever play Thor?” His main advantage is that you can get 3 dwarves early at over double the cost it would to make them at the TC. That comes at such a huge opportunity cost.
I really don't agree with Kronos and Ra... Ra like all Eggy get those tower ups on age, and being able to go straight to farms for safe food is huge. Kronos can age at 3:30 just like the greeks and the 2 free myth units can do good early pressure not to mention his new bonus of getting 20% refund on dead myth units... and with the rework on favor gain Kronos can pump out tons of myth units
I havent been able to play in quite a few years, but I love watching people play my og god, Thor. I can't wait to see what builds and tricks you can come up for him in the future of retold. I know the priority is line upgrades, but back in the day I always pushed armory first. Hence why I loved Thor. In my eyes, having armory allowed me to change up my army composition on the fly and still get benefits to them.

If not, it's pain My standard build rn ends with 20 vils vs usual 17 for Loki/Odin So far 10 more wins than losses and I didn't practice before going in Ranked + didn't play beta, so I believe there's potential :D I'd love to see you play some Thor games!
I dont get why ra and isis are so far apart in the list. All 3 of mytical minor gods of egypt are real solid. Ra just dont have anubis and neptyst (these are almost must picks it seems). Isis civ bonuses are terrible, prosperity is expensive to recast. Rain is cheap, delays disadvantages of no map control and have better civ bonuses. I think on the paper these two should be closer.
Funny you mention it, Anubis best classical god, Nephtys best heroic god, Thoth best mythic god. Ra cannot get any of them :D I think Ra with triple rain should be really good in theory, but will need to see someone do it before I believe it!
@@HUSKSUPPE ra do not have best classical and heroic gods but all mythic gods are good imo. His eco bonus feel better than isis's imo because isis civ bonuses are useless

Always love a tier list! I think every god is viable in certain situations which is a great position to be in for a new game

Thor has an enhancement for hammers, I haven't seen it in others. There is also a paid god, you can't get it for free((.

Yes, and Hyperion is actually super strong. The satyrs melt human units. Kronos probably should be higher!

Why does Set hard counter the Norse?
I think Set is stronger than Isis or Ra vs aggressive civs like Norse. Fighting ability in classical age and better axemen.
Can just outspam norse with animals, serpents, anubites and amazing counter units. Norse don't have any answers
