Right now I have close to 120 classes in my Vimeo. Its a montlhy subscription based platform, until you subscribe you have the access to all of the classes there😊

This looks hard to do .. I want to do pole dancing as a fitness discipline .. but I don’t know where to begin ☹️
You need to start with pole intro classes, I always suggest to find a coach first. Before you start training on your own. Pole is a challenging sport and we all need guidance when we start something new.
