I'm right handed and have a webley nemesis x pcp, a hw110k both with cocking lever or bolt on the right and an AGT vixen but it has the lever on the left, without doubt as a right hand shooter having the cocking lever on the LEFT IS BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST OPTION.
Whichever side the cocking is on won't suit everyone. There is no best. What suits one won't necessarily suit another. We're all different. Ps. I would expect the manufacturer's to set up their machinary and tooling to make stocks for right handed shooters, as they are the majority. I'd expect them then to make so many left handed stocks, as they are the minority, depending on their demand and order books.
Into November and already looking forward to the Christmas shoot out. This year, Peter evens, Laurence 2/1. Experience over raw talent under extreme pressure. Regards, Baz.
Great vid guys.lve bought the walnut stock revere, shoots pellet on pellet and what a beautiful stock.Correct saying makes you smile everytime it comes out the bag.
Had a Revere & still a Regal and both guns are a joy to shoot and laser accurate. Ended up putting a safari stock on my Regal and its alot more tactile than the walnut stock.
I purchased mine nearly 2 years ago safaris in .177, I was torn between the Revere or the Hw100 I went with the Revere as the trigger and bigger shot count swayed me! I was at the range a few months ago and there was a guy next to me with the hw100 in .177 don’t get me wrong it was a lovely rifle but my Revere looked tons better both deadly accurate but the revere has soul the hw dosent it’s a big lump and clunky plus he filled his about 3 times while mine just kept going with that Huma reg! I love my Revere and have done a genuine owners review on my channel. Great thoughts on your review as well.
Nice review guys. Love mine and you are correct. Just looking at it puts a smile on my face. I have one question. Got the rifle new this year but I have noticed that there is a lot of up and down movement in the side lever. The actual Daystate factory is about 1 1/2 hours drive for me. Can I take it to them to make the adjustment. I am a little surprised that it left them like this in the first place. Keep up the good work 👍😊😁
I'm pretty sure that the Safari stock is sandblasted Beech. It's practical yes, but (IMHO) it does not share the quality of the Walnut stock. Personally, I think it looks like burned drift wood!! I have a Classic, a Regal and have just bought a Revere. Each one is a work of art which really inspire pride of ownership. Outstanding rifles!!! (Just for info, my .22 Classic (no regulator) still has a shot to shot variation of just 5fps at 11.4 ft/lbs over a10 shot string! Pretty damn impressive after 14 years of use!) Nice videos guys.
Quality rifle! The mechanical trigger is up there with the best of them. The classic design is timeless and breaks the mould a bit compared to a lot of new rifles coming out nowadays. This is a superior rifle to the R12 in both terms of reliability and build quality for significantly less money imo!
Hello Gentlemen, Thank you for your review of this fantastic, capable air rifle. May I ask, please? If you had the choice of the air rifle in front of you, or a Daystate Wolverine R, which would you choose? Thank you, Ian.
Great revue guys. This one’s a model I’d like to check out for sure 👍 Trouble is I’m way down in Cornwall and unbelievably we don’t have a good Airgun RFD in the county, so I have quite a drive when getting my hands on anything I buy. Why haven’t you got a branch down here 😉😂🤣
Thank you very much... Just so you know, we personally deliver airguns weekly all over England and Wales; no need for an RFD. Our south deliveries are on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and until the end of November we are offering FREE delivery on orders over £100 with the use of our Black Friday coupon which can be found on the homepage of our website - rangeandcountry.co.uk/
Will you please stop these reviews. (Only jokeing). You only delivered the wifes HW100 last week (along with my Kral Puncher), and now she is lusting after one of these. Nice review as usual, with the lever on the correct side Peter.
Hi guys love the reviews, can I ask i see a lot of reviews using the bean bags rest, now these do move as they settle between shots as you are reloading. I think that has got to be a negative do you think.
A Daystate for $1200 that get 45 shots per fill? Or a McCavity for $450 that gets 100 shots per fill? Both push pellets 870+ fps, both are very accurate, both are great for pesting. Your money your choice.

Great review as always. Absolutely love my Safari edition.
Great review as always. Crying out for a fully shrouded barrel in my opinion .
Another great wee video 😊
Beautiful in the walnut although I'm not sure why they don't fit swivel studs as standard at this price point?
Great review 😊

The safari stock isn't timber as far as I know, think it might be synthetic with a coating on it,if you scratch the finish it's white underneath
Superb rifles
S510 in the same bracket?

Or just buy a HW100
Had both hw100 good but prefer my brocock daystate
Got both and very little to choose between them, both outstanding rifles, either way you will be impressed.
