I bought a Clx ultra pro wilderness from yourselves a few weeks ago, I believe the gun you actually used to review here. It's my first gun and believe I've been spoilt with the quality action of the side lever. the accuracy is unreal for a short barrel. top review as always and the reason why I bought from you guys. can't wait to come over to your range to fire it. cheers
Good review 👍 Have had my Ultra CLX .22 for coming up to two years now I can honestly say how pleased I am with it. Good quality and reliable. Must say though this new SL model is appealing as I’ve enjoyed using my side lever Rex.Regime. The side lever falls to the hand more easily/ergonomically than the bolt action of the Ultra. I presume the BSA stock is still a Minnelli one on this new SL, be a shame if it isn’t. Cheers guys, keep the reviews coming 😁
@philthefluter1 had a .177 clx when they first came out and had issues with pellets dropping back down into the trigger grouping ,sold it soon after and went to over daystate
Love my se 177 but for the pellets falling back, just wondering what to do about it? Would a brand new gammo mag get rid of my problem realy do love the gun but very anoying having to load pointing muzzle to floor specially thinning out the pigeons at the farm thanks Mick!
I’d rather the safety click when engaged but be silent coming off, so you don’t startle things. BKL do self-centring dovetail mounts that work pretty well on BSAs, but you do need to use the second thread to stretch them on.
Hi guys Dean here. What's your favourite gun I can't decide on a Daystate red wolf or I think the fx king. I have a Daystate huntsman reserve but fancy a new toy. Dean from Leeds

Will there be any stock options on this sl rifle?
@@krisgater6891 Beech or Beech 😂 doubt it on the standard version, bsa only stick laminate & walnut stocks on limited editions etc
Looks nice but im not yet ready to relinquish my Ultra MMC just yet 😂
Good review 👍

I’d recommend throwing on an eagle vision 13mm dovetail to picatinny rail on it. Solves the bsa rail issue with no fuss.
They are a great little gun and always accurate, great review.
Great video. Great rifle
The Ultra range will earn classic status and it's well deserved.
Would love to see a video on how you unblock barrels with several pellets in 👍
Another Great video Guys.
Another brilliant wee video 😊
This looks like a rifle that grandad would buy the grandkids to follow his passion and to get them shooting without breaking his wallet 👍
That’s me , not a bad little gun but bsa magazine’s are crap, utter crap like something knocked up on Blue Peter.
