Update: My son "15 freshman" made the high school JV pitcher and some Varsity ( They needed a good lefty) I am being told he had an 85 mph fast ball and showed great control on several other pitches. I always followed your tips teaching him. ( Strong fundamentals & Balance) his hard work payed off. Ty Dan you help many kids.

Love your videos Dan! Do you have any advice for a catcher at tryouts? I'm trying out for a men's rec league (18-24) in mid March. I've been working really hard at it, but I haven't played baseball since little league 10+ years ago.

Great advice...be professional and have a set routine for warmup prior to pitching.
