Great video on useful new gear! The Clip-Light with 300 lumens, white/red option & USB rechargeable is perfect for small EDC kits, and especially vehicle glovebox or roadside tool kit! -Alex @ Vanquest
I've used my wayfinder daybreaker for over 5 years and I love this product, very similar to the Flux but it holds everything for me. It is a great simple product with everything needed in wallet without the bulk. The Daybreaker has stood the test of time with little tune ups to it singeing off a few stray fibers with a lighter to keep it looking new. This wallet basically looks like it did when I first got it and that is a major win for something i use everyday.
Haha it’s a high risk high reward life! I’ve debated starting to use the Caudabe one indefinitely because I love the grip but it’s tough to go back after being used to not having one
Haha I know it sounds so stupid, talked about it a bit in some other comments. I never drop my phone but my AirPods end up on the ground pretty often, mostly from my cat knocking them off of my table.
There are dozens of us! I’ve debated going back to a case as I do more hiking and backpacking but I’m so used to a naked phone I’m not sure I could do it. I love having the AirPods case though which I’m sure seems a bit weird. I prefer it over white for the aesthetics and I although I never drop my phone my AirPods seem to end up on the floor somewhat often haha.
3:20. This is epitome of consumerism. He likes this wallet because the fabric won't fade in the sun. Who sits their wallet on their dashboard? The material is waterproof... cool... what harm does it do if it gets wet? The cards/cash are exposed any way. They're going to get wet regardless. These companies are doing a great job of advertising buzz words and trends. Credit to them. I'm not ragging on him. Seems like a good dude, and it's his RUclips channel, it's his money, it's his hobby. Do what you want with your life. I just hate the idea of paying for things that are irrelevant and meant to command a higher price for things that no one will ever realistically need/use.
The wallet is actually pretty inexpensive on the spectrum ($35) and I’d argue the opposite. Something durable that can hold up to the elements will last longer instead of ending up in a landfill after 2 years or daily use. Having to replace a poorly made wallet repeatedly is a waste of money and resources. I daily carried this wallet for multiple years and it held up well through city use and dozens of nights sleeping outdoors getting scraped on rocks and dropped in mud and dirt.
Thanks! My wedding ring was purchased years ago from a small brick and mortar store in Michigan but I believe they sourced from a site called titanium buzz. Can’t remember the model but it’s a cocobolo wood inlay. The other ring is a smart ring from Ultrahuman! Just got it about a month ago and am still testing before I share more details next month but I’ve been really happy with it. I got the matte gray color but they have a few other color options.
The silver looks nice too! Been wanting to get the all metal band version for a while, a few people in the group here have it and seem really happy with it.
I wear a Casio Illuminator. It has an extra-long band that I appreciate. I have a thick wrist and hate a small band. 10-year battery. Works and looks great. Lower-priced EDC for me.. folder knife...Coast LX236 for years. I enjoy using my travel rosewood chopsticks.
Good list...I don't carry a knife not really good vibe if you've a pocket knife on you. Weird edc idea..a list for the car? I'd like to have a tool to break out of car in need
I’ve been debating doing a car essentials/emergency kit load out for a while, probably will make it happen for 2024. I spend a lot of time in the wilderness out of cell service with an old vehicle so I have a pretty good emergency setup/list.
It’s been great! I have a few higher powered clip lights that are really nice but if you don’t need anything super bright the small size and weight are really nice for some niche situations with this one.
It’s just a little bottle opener multi tool that Jibbon sells as an add on for the key organizer. Nice little tool that doesn’t take up much space or cost much, mostly just a bottle opener though haha.
Checking out the dimensions it looks like it should, but would take up pretty much the whole bag. Tomtoc makes a switch specific sling that might be worth checking out, not xpac though unfortunately.
UK viewers please note: The knife is not legal to carry in the street, due to the locking blade.
Thanks for the heads up for everyone!

For sure! Appreciate the support on this one

As someone who daily's an Elementum, I can attest they are amazing. Also the Milwaukee fastback multi-tool is also rather good.
Noted on the multi tool, thanks for the rec!
I’ve used the Wayfinder cardholder for a few years and I can confirm that cards do not fall out of that puppy.
It’s such a solid wallet, especially for the price. Glad it’s working well for you!

So glad to hear another great experience with Wayfinder! That fabric is so great, it’s held up extremely well for me too
love your videos, Josh! But caseless on your phone?! Living on the edge! LOL
But seriously, thanks for creating great content!

@@joshfennto each their own, but how is an AirPods case justified while an iPhone one isn’t? lol

Can confirm Civivi is a great option for a knife. Cheers
I’ve got a few and they’ve all been so solid. I love my few higher end knives but such a great value with basically everything I’ve tried from civivi
That means Sants can buy me more gifts 😊

That sling looks like an Aer knockoff 😕
It’s similar with the black xpac, but not really an exact copy. Quality is a decent step down compared to AER too but good enough for the price.
I love my mini praxis and carry it every day.
Such a solid knife!
love that youve been including shots of you wearing stuff! super helpful!
Glad to hear it! Been trying to add in more of them, especially as I move into covering more clothing and wearable items.
Such a great video. Great choices.
Thanks so much!
Good list. I find it funny how worked up people get when they find out I don't have a phone case or cover. LOL I thought I was the only one.

i like these videos but just sucks they are american based so finding them is kinda hard :/
Always tough to try and source things that are all globally available. Should be able to find most of these I hope!
@@joshfenn yeah of course dude.
Currently rocking the World Time Casio myself.
My bezel is however silver opposed to your blacked out model.
Straps are still black though

I used to follow you back when you lost all that weight now years later I ran across you again doing EDC. I will be subbing.
