I picked up an extremely high grade Iron Fist 14 last year at a small local comic show, but I paid a pretty decent price for a raw book ($600), but I was pretty happy when it came back a 9.6 !! I have other copies but not that high of a grade.

Wow awesome find man, definitely my favorite channel. Just started doing the lucite 1/4 boards with 2” clips for 36/48 hours seems to really help after pressing to keep from reversion. Love it!
