Hey I've just been wondering if I can listen to these one after the other or do I have to wait a day or so. Will it affect the frequency already there that's played in my head?
You can listen to them one after the other and they don't necessarily need to be in any particular order, albeit with reference to the below:
The best thing to do is to follow your instincts, they will always point you in the right direction if you cultivate the habit of listening to them.
It's not unusual to have one or a number of misaligned chakras or blockages here or there.. and this is all very subjective to each individual. So listen to what your higher self recommends, and follow that advice.
Our physical bodies are mostly liquid (I think about 80 or 90%), and liquids are a great amplifier of sound waves, so the work is done as you're exposed to them.
If you feel like any particular session has been intense, or you notice that some heavy work has been going on, then rest up for the remainder of the day, avoid alcohol and smoking, and do your best to get an early night and plenty of deep, restful, healing sleep.
