I’ve got goosebumps down my whole body in the first five minutes of this. I’m trying to learn to connect with my inner self and my gifts
This was amazing! I was lying down with lights out and my music headband on. By the end I could feel which bowl resonated with each Chakra. I would get a warm tingling feeling in the area relating to the bowl played with the exception of the pineal Chakra. I'd get a sharp pain between my eyes and shoot across my face. I don't know what that means but it was amazing to feel the different Chakras being awakened by the bowls. My new nightly routine. 🙏
I got that slight pain between my eye too
The pain you get between your eyes means that your third eye is opening. sometimes it could feel like a slight pressure instead of pain. I get it sometimes when I meditate.
The pain you felt is the negative energy from third eye chakra being cleansed. You are in the process of activating it
