We have also used 'general delivery' with USPS and even had family mail us packages to a future destination 😊
We use a Tidy Cats Breeze litter box and it fits either on the passenger floorboard when we're stationary or in the floor of the bathroom while we're driving 😸👍🏻

A van is way too small. For the same operating expenses, you could be in a class B+ which would be twice the space and still a small RV and easy to get around. So this Van was a mistake.
