Cute reaction. Two things to note. When the director is leaving the jail with her standing in the doorway, you can see Nimona (a little pink rat, I think) scurrying along the wall! And in the credits, there are notes and one stuck with me-a drawing of Gloreth with the sword with the saying “When you see something, slay something” with all but “see” and “me” scratched out with a handwritten note saying “My old friend.” Even after what she went through thanks to the pressure to hate, she still considered her an old friend.
Me and Nimona have in common because, we both know how we feel when people call us names and we lash out
I know there are people who look at the glorith reveal and say that it wasn't.... what's the word in looking for? That it wasn't some impressive epic event like the legends and it was a let down but i like it cause isn't that how our legends work? Something happens and it's told and told again, each telling adding more and more until it casts a larger shadow than the truth ever could
I literally thought Nimona was a show too!
RIGHT!!!
I remember reading Nimona when it was a webtoon in it's early stages. I think the story changed somewhat since then, but I still love it.
The director remind me from "The Dragon Prince", where evryone is a good person who did mistakes to protect their own.
