    Snow fungus is traditionally eaten for its medicinal health benefits and has been upheld as a powerful tonic. White fungus is effective in nourishing the lungs, healing dry cough and clearing heat in the lungs thus helps strengthen the respiratory system and preventing colds. The fat and gum-like protein in snow fungus is especially nourishing and anti aging. They aid blood production and bring more circulation to the skin to give you a moisturizing and radiant complexion.
    Ingredients
    Dried snow fungus (1-2 big pieces)
    Red dates
    Gingko nuts ( discard centre core)
    Rock sugar
    Water
    Soaked dried snow fungus for 4 hours. Discard hard stalky part. Break into smaller pieces.
    Boil in instant pot for at least 30 mins or until soft, longer for softer texture. Lastly add rock sugar. Enjoy!
