I think Antonio misplayed this on every street, especially the river. What was he thinking with the reraise? What could Dwan call with that 777 could beat? I don't see any value in that reraise.

Antonio certainly could have lead with 86s and then checked the turn when he got the straight hoping dwan would bluff at it. But it's only a few combos you lose to he probably wasn't too scared. But the way he jammed didn't really feel like the nuts.
That's the problem with having middle set. Never over bet you will only get called with better . Tom can easily have 6-8 suited pocket 9s or pocket queens

Calling 86 offsuit in the small blind pre flop would be a bad play. Since Antonio is pretty good we can assume he doesn't have it.
Title is wrong. Nothing to do with tom seeing through Antonio. Dwan knows that whatever Antonio bet on flop, he beats. It is a set up.
