Thanks, hopefully more people will share their knowledge about this issue so we can get a complete picture.

Thanks, your video is very unique than all the other ones, much appreciated! I would say you are an expert here, fixing the issue without any schematics. I was thinking it was one of the two resistors.

awesome videos, this will help a little with issues I'm having with the same xbox model

Tell me how many volts should come to bases 2 and 5 on this U7P1 transistor, I have 5.1 volts to the resistor divider, but there are only 650 millivolts on the bases, I checked all the resistors 4.7 KOm as in the official scheme, please help. Thank you waiting for an answer. at output 3.6, the signal is only 520 milivolts.

I'm having a similar issue but I'm not getting 3.3V on CR4C1 on the output but I'm getting it on the input, trying to trace it back but it's making me lose my mind. Great video though man kept me chasing this fault when I had given up a number of times. If you've got any more insight that might help let me know

Sometimes mosfets can become "stuck" and just shorting the pins or providing a forward voltage to it from an exterior source can get it moving again.
Essentially, it will no longer register the voltage to open itself anymore for whatever reason and a jumpstart of sorts can get it opening/closing again.
That would be my best guess as to what got it working again. Not a definite but a strong possibility.

That has to be what happened because it always worked after that. I thought that it could possibly be the southbridge as the 3.3 V enabled originates from it and starts the process but I am not 100 percent sure.

Your video did help me some what but still stuck. I think my issues is in the sister chip on there otherside of the board u4b3. Im getting 5v on the gate of u4b4 pin4 which is the same as the source on pin3, this is giving me around 1.4v on the drain.
I also lifted the gate pin 4 and voltage jumped to 3.3v on drain. Almost there as i need 5v on the drain.
So this tells me the gate isn't getting the correct voltage
Thanks for the vid ill have to keep looking

I'm just a amateur girl trying to fix an Xbox One, I don't understand "technician lenguage" but your video was interesting and so didatic so I could try to understan what is happening. Mine has almost the same problem as yours, mine turn on but it turns off asap, but following the voltage, ones are lost, one of 5v. I still look for bad joints later on. Thanks
