@@justin219 it’s wouldn’t make sense because he wasn’t the Twin that pledged his allegiance to Princess Rhaenyra in the first season. He never would have told her Your Grace Forgive Me.
I think the real reason he killed himself is because he had been compromised. The other twin could have just pretended to be erryk and the queen would never be 100 percent sure if he was really erryk. There’s possibly multiple reasons and killing his brother is definitely a reason also.
@@matthewhue He killed himself because he became a kinslayer the moment he killed his brother. He killed his twin and he also wouldn't be able to live with himself. Kinslaying is a big no no in that world.
I liked Ser Criston til he got in his feelings after Rhaenyra cut him loose. He’s been obsessed with hurting her ever since. He & Alicent are both hypocrites. And the projection - blaming Arryk for Jaehaerys’ murder, when he’s the one who wasn’t on post because he was screwing the boy’s granny.
Can’t stand Lord Hightower, but love that he put that bug in Aegon’s ear regarding how he really became king.
Erryk, team 🖤, took himself out after the fight. His twin Arryk wouldn’t have acknowledged Rhaenyra as Queen in his final words.
I don’t like Otto either. But he was right with everything he told Aegon this episode. Aegon is an idiot 😂.

Look at the stark difference in how Rhaenyra and Alicent both interact with their children. Rhaenyra is more attentive and affectionate when she's with her children. She consoles them when they are grieving. Alicent on the other hand is more withdrawn, emotionless and disconnected from her children. When they need her, she disengages and looks for Criston to smash her box. Alicent's children don't even know how to show support or affection for each other. Aegon didn't show any affection for Helaena when she needed him after their child was murdered. He was so concerned with the perception of looking weak and getting revenge that he didn't take the time to see how his sister-wife was doing.
And Aemond, acting like a child, wanted to be cuddled. The drink they brought him, I thought it was wine or milk of the poppy, but it was regular milk, for him.,the sence was creepy but sad
Yeah, Alicent was raised to be a playing piece in her father's game. He wasn't loving toward her. She tries to confide in him and he says he doesn't want to hear it. Alicent doesn't know how to be a loving parent.
She knew the twins from last season when they were looking for Aegon in the fighting pits. Remember they were the ones to find him hiding.
