UPDATE : For those inquiring about 1:1 ratio (uclk=memclk) for better performance, I have learned more about this and was able to downclock to 6200 MT/s to get a perfect 1:1 ratio. MCLK and UCLK are both running 3100 (shown in zentimings) and on CPU-Z Uncore Frequency and DRAM frequency both match. By default, 6600 MT/s runs 2:1 which isn't optimal for AM5, there's reports that suggest 8000+ speeds are when you can see better performance versus 6000 1:1. In order to achieve this on this specific ram you can follow these steps (disclaimer : do at your own risk, this may cause your components to malfunction so please do at your own risk I am not responsible) : 1. Enter BIOS 2. Go into Advanced Mode and then TWEAKER 2. Enable XMP1 3. Change system memory multiplier to 62 (this changes frequency to 6200 mts) 4. change Infinity Fabric Frequency and Dividers to : 2067 MHz (6200 divided by 3 is this number) 5. Change UCLK DIV1 MODE to UCLK = MEMCLK 6. Save & Exit (memory training will begin and can take up to 15 min to boot the first time) 7. If for whatever reason this does not work i.e doesn't boot, you can power off PC and PSU, then clear CMOS to revert back to original bios settings. I want to give credit to Reddit User mirakisuki for his comments to an overclock post of a user asking how to do 1:1 ratio in the r/overclocking thread. I also want to thank @eyluloktay9104 for bringing awareness ! I now know a lot more about memory timings and how they work with AM5.
I loved your video.. I bought this motherboard, as well as the 64Gb version of this dominator ram, in 6000CL. I'm an older gamer, and have always been on a budget.. but for once.. Im going for something, just for me.. that looks nice, an all white build.. using mostly Corsair components, evem the iCUE link QX120 fans. Im so looking forward to finally getting the Ram. One little fly in the ointment.. I bought the Ram from Amazon USA.. and it's been in my order queue for 2 weeks now without being shipped. I contacted Amazon customer service, only to be told that on the supplier's page there was a notice to say that shipping will take between one to 2 MONTHS... This was not advertised at all! .. and not at all referenced on the Amazon page... so.. juz3t be careful where you order these sticks from.. make sure they are actually in stock, and not imaginary like mine seem to have been!
Do you think you can still vertical mount the gpu with these? Planning on getting a 5090 to vertically mount in a build with this exact mobo and ram but the 7200MT/sCL36 version
its set to 2:1. I understand why you say there is no point, but for me, 96GB and good looking ram is worth it. Everything runs smooth and stable and the dominator titanium has very low timings (32-39-39-76). There's not a lot of options for 96GB, so for what its worth, I still think its a great choice.
@@FIREWOLFTECH there is no point at 6600mts on aam5 at 2:1 mode. If you wanna run at 2:1 mode you should go 8000 cl38 kit. Actually you are runnig worst than 6000 mts 1:1 mode kit. So what's the point ?
@@zahirkhan778 I wasn't able to control the RGB through the motherboard, so I needed to install iCUE. You might be able to use 3rd party like SignalRGB

I have the sme ram but in gray. Glad I watched because I did not peel off the clear plastic off the ram since I did not see it. Be nice if it said peel or something.
I was able to see it right away because of my studio lights 😅 glad you caught yours. The gray one is AMD EXPO, but I hate that Corsair decided to exclude all white or all black 😭
For aesthetics, this is the best all white board. The only cons that I personally don't like are: - Gigabyte Control Center looks basic - No Clear CMOS button in the I/O - 2 out of the 3 PCIe 5.0 NVME slots reduce your X16 lanes to X8, so I would stick to 1 primary 5.0 and secondary 4.0. Any more and you'll reduce the speeds. Other than that, it's a solid board !

Think this will work with the 9800x3d and the msi meg x870e godlike e-atx, with a 5090?
I though anything over 6400 will run in 2:1?

Why would you run DDR5-6600 on an AMD AM5 motherboard? It will run in 2:1 mode and be much slower than running it at DDR5-4800 in 1:1 mode.
I reduced the clock speeds to 6200 for 1:1 ratio recently. I have a pinned comment I just put out.

Fyi the white/black dominator ram has xmp profiles only. The grey is for amd, which really sucks.
Yes, I mentioned the gray is AMD EXPO and the white/black is intel XMP 🥲 but this exact titanium model is on the QVL list of the AOURUS Pro Ice
