4 cups juice pulp 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/4 cup steak sauce 1/8 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp italian seasoning 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper
Some people complain that the leftover pulp is lacking in nutrition, which is true but they are high in fiber and If One drinks the juice and eats the pulp in balance it's just by eating the whole vegetable or fruit but with fun and imaginative twists! Thank you for your video. It inspired me.
Also: The density of nutrients minus the fibre will help your body absorb them easier if that is something you have trouble with (hello sibo). You can eat more vegetables this way, also. Drinking the juice reduces the volume. It's easy to drink the juice and use the pulp from 1,5 kg of veggies, but try eating a kg of veggies that are just boiled or steamed.
Thanks for the video. You inspired the following recipe . Curried Jugo patties: 1 1/2 cup of vegetable pulp. 1 egg. 1 handful of cut outs. 1 teaspoon of basil. 1 pinch of pink salt. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon curry powder. Onto a greased cooking tin, form into two, 4 to 5 inch patties, about three quarters of an inch thick and in a preheated oven, at 350° and bake for 15 minutes, turn over for another 5 minutes, take out of the oven while hot and served with cool Ranch dressing.
Just about followed the ingredients to the key except chia seeds didn't have them. I had a mixture of mostly carrot and a little bit of apple, celery and spinach. They were so delicious!. Thanks for sharing!.
I didn't have steak sauce so I used a splash of liquid smoke. I also added about 1/2 -3/4 mashed chic pea, some nutritional yeast and sprayed top with Aminos. Cooked 20 minutes each side.Topped with chipolte mayo. Next time I may crush some walnuts and add. Not as good as a black beans burger, but was worth making.
THANK YOU SIR!! I used your recipe to make veggie patties out of my Acorn, Butternut, & Spaghetti Squash Pulp. We eat roasted & air fried Squash & Pumpkin year-round, we roast the seeds of course, but never realized the potential for using the pulp until viewing your juicing pulp veggie burger recipe. Awesome!!
I’m going to try this and at the same time, try not to feel stupid for all the effort and expense in separating juice from vegetables, only to simply consume them both anyway.
4 cups juice pulp
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
if you use breadcrumbs for binding, you can make quite a few different combo of burgers even using canned beans without the seeds.
Thanks darling
Thanks
👍
Thank you!

What was in your juice pulp?
Has anyone tried frying them instead of baking them?
I tried pan fried and not deep Fried
Also used a potato for binding
An egg might work for holding them together.
Thank you kindly
They these now
"line your cooking sheet with parchment OR WAX PAPER!! . . 8^O . . wax paper in the oven ????
Ugh. No wax paper in the oven!
We trying to eat them now not next week or next yr 5-6 hours smh
