"Fürsten zum Land Hinaus!" - "Princes Get Out!" - German Revolutionary Song

Written anonymously in early 1832 during the Vormärz period, "Fürsten zum Land Hinaus!" gained popularity in the Hambach festival in May that same year. It became one of the most important songs in the 1848-49 revolution. This rendition was sung by Dieter Süverkrüp, a songwriter and singer known for his leftist movement in the FDR.

⁠@@Computeron36during the revolutions 1848, representatives across germany from the revolutions came together in frankfurt to offer the king of prussia to become king of germany (including austria) but he refused the offer referring to it as “a crown from the gutter” because they had a constitution which would of slightly restricted his power, which apparently was too big a cost for uniting the entirety of the german states into one nation :/

As a German Monarchist, I believe Germany needs the Monarchy. Without it, we're about ready to completely fall apart again.
