I accidentally watched this video when I felt really bad about my life and got scared by many things that I never thought I would get over. But thanks to this inspiring talk, I took the courage to thow all those silly cowardice away and started to act for changing. I believe it will certainly help me to shape my desired success. This was so powerful! I've been working with a team at my job to create an Equity Council in response to the undeniable need to raise equity in the lives of the ethnic and cultural minorities in the U.S. This Ted Talk was the exact thing I was looking for to motivate my team and help them start with a strong mindset to be leaders of change.
