Hello, does the module and the wiring also work in a Golf 6 2009? I don't have a control unit installed at the moment and would like to retrofit it because the Bluetooth function is marked grey and I can't select it at the moment. That's why I came across your video and would like to convert it.

Have a quest, the connection of the BT harmness wires on genuine radio cables is valid for all bt modules? if i install a premium module like 3C8-035-730-B is okey?

@@gamercitoviciaete4348 Hi! I think you'll need a specific cable for that BT module. In Ali****ss you can see the compatible versions for each cable.

      Hi
Yes, it works with iphone and android, for phone calls and music streaming. No issues at all.
What radio do you have in your passat B7?

@@hugosousa2148 thanks for answer. I have rcd510 premium 8 . But i domt know which module is good for me. I have white clocks. In your BT unit can open a phone book? Or just music stream and hands free? Thanks hugo

@@NostalendCZ With your radio you can install any original VW BT module. 1K8035730 doesn't open the phone book, you need to buy a more recent one. Nevertheless, it shows you the list of last calls. The installation is pretty much the same, but you need a diferent code when coding it with VCDS. Please refer to the documents in the description.

@@Diksonas1The bt module (if present) should be under the passenger seat.

@@hugosousa2148 i am confused because the car is Golf V from Germany probably with EU version of RCD510 after some years by previous owner. The car has red big MFA 2008 year. Buttons on steering wheel telephone works to answer but star ⭐nothing

Probably you have white MFA in EOS and it is capable of introducing more like phonebook features? Also read your files and seems like it is working like in the manual. I can answer a call and finish a call from steering wheel. I can play music and I can see in red MFA that Bluetooth Audio is current audio source. And i think thats all. Only that I press phone on RCD510 and it only mutes audio. But main feature what i wanted I have. VCDS not showing any errors except SOS button not connected. I dont have any sos button innmy car.

      1K8035730B offered voice commands?

@@MrCopRobo I also have big red MFA.
1k8035730 is a very basic module but works for me, considering the car didn't have BT at all 🙂
More recent modules (also compatible with rcd510 and red MFA) have some other enhanced features.
