He's a signing for the future since Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are at the twilight of their careers and are 37 and 34 respectively. For me, this transfer makes sense now and in the long run, because once he settles, a Jude Bellingham Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni midfield will run Europe for the next 10 years.
