You can also use CTRL-c, and then CTRL-v, and then CTRL again. Excel shows you some options and if you press V, it paste values and not formula. This option is faster, because you do not need to use the mouse
Thank you very useful
Hey!! Thanks for the video.
That's cool specially the last one.
Perfect! Saved me so much frustration today. I had another problem and couldn't figure out how to add the _ Underscore to a column of data figures, not text: 011 112 130, etc. Took forever to find how to make this column _011 _112 _130 with underscore. I have 2600 rows of text so that would be so much time manually line by line. Same 2600 lines for this underscore column, so I am so thankful to you for your video. I was in tears earlier, as I had to learn for work today using a huge spreadsheet.
Happy that it helped :)
Wow ! Great
Very useful, Thanks
Last trick was cool!

Indeed
Very helpful
Super thank you
thank you sir
We used to be able to paste values on a filtered selection, but now the paste goes onto hidden rows rather than just the filtered rows. Do you know a way around this please?
Would you know how to remove the format of the date "12/3/2019" in the formula bar? My column of dates already show a different date format which I would like to show exactly on the formula bar.
What I understood is that you want to have the same format for dates in formula bar as you have in the cell. This is possible only by changing the global setting in windows. Number formatting only affects the contents of the cell as actual date and its formatting remains the same that shows up in the formula bar.
I did it but it didn't remove the formula on my excel, I copy and paste the column of numbers or amounts into a new excel but still have the pivot table formula, how can I get ready of those decimals on amounts, also I highlighted the whole column and choose dollar sign and two decimals but still have the pivot table formula with all those decimals on amounts and I had 3 penny difference on total, and I need to match with another list to the penny
But when we change the any one value budget or actual ,it's not change the ans
👍👍👍👍
How to have formula back after we remove it?
Once you convert formulas to Values, how can you go back showing formulas?
I'm afraid that is not possible or at least not in my knowledge yet.
Permit to answer. You can hide the formula and in the same time just show the value in google sheets.
