For those who don’t know, this is NOT an advertisement for the “Stupid Invaders” computer game or a sequel for it, it’s more of an alternate universe movie version of both the game and the original Space Goofs cartoon it was based off of. It was going to be created and animated by Studio Action Synthese, the same animation studio behind the 2005 Magic Roundabout movie. And instead of getting actors from the UK to voice the main characters, they actually got the original Space Goofs cast to return as their characters. And while having some elements of the original Stupid Invaders game, it was going to introduce some new elements as well. Instead of crash-landing on Earth and ending up in an empty house with no one living it; Etno, Gorgeous, Candy, and Bud crash land in the home that already has a family living in it, and this is where they meet a science-fiction superfan girl (who’s seen in this trailer) who must help keep them safe from the scientists and agents who are trying to hunt them down (like in the original game). Unfortunately this movie was canceled and never made due to not only the original Magic Roundabout movie not fully doing well in France and the UK, but also because of how The Weinstein Company made an even worse English dub of the movie called “Doogal.”
I'm just gonna say this. Just like the game, this movie feels out of place compared to the actual series in my opinion. Not to mention that the animation feels like something that Omation will animate.
Man, this trailer REALLY sold me on the movie. The animation and writing seems to have been on the right track! I hope the project gets revived someday.

maybe it never got greenlit because it was so clearly stationed in its second-season functions. a lack of stereo was pretty easily expected, but if it were candy driving as was previous protocol at least a good 15 seconds of unintelligibly maniacal gorgious-scolding would’ve been saved. candy’s my favorite, but if this were all i’d seen going into the hypothetical movie i’d be pretty annoyed already.

Stereo was cuts off from Season 2 and only appeared in two episodes in Season 2 as a more minor character. Season 2 is almost likes a reboot to the entire series with Stereo didn't comes with the others to that trip that leads them to Earth in this version. Stereo was cuts off because he was the weakest character on the show and there's no point of having him in the CGI film.
I know if this meme the commodore fish would get the series back this will make Xilam the creation behind Oggy and the cockroaches them Xilam will return the show with some reboot upgrades

It was great... until the very next month when it was discovered that one episode had a picture of a naked lady on it. Nevertheless, the show continued to air on the network until they had aired every episode of the then-current season (which makes me wonder why they didn't just air the previous seasons.), where it was then moved to Nicktoons.
