I genuinely don't know the rules on debate in the US senate, but I am certainly a little surprised he didn't break them. There's a big difference between good faith questions and traducing someone you invited to testify.

There comes a point when you have to confront the reality that the people of Louisiana (on the whole) are intellectually challenged, or just insane.
